DMD
DMD is a series of flexible laminates composed of non-woven polyester fiber mat and electrical grade polyester film with a porous, fibrous surface. Laminated with a high temperature adhesive system.

DMD 70
It is saturable with resins or varnishes.
2 class available:- B class ( 130℃ ),
- F class ( 155℃ ),
- Slot and phase insulation for motors and generators.
- Layer and barrier inuslation for dry-type transformers.
DMD 100
It is 100% filled with resin, providing a smooth varnish-like surface.
DMD 100 is F class ( 155℃ ) electrical insulating material.
Applications:- Slot and phase insulation for motors and generators.
- Layer and barrier inuslation for dry-type transformers.
- Thermal protective devices
Prepregs. of DMD
Prepregs. of DMD is DMD impregnated with special epoxy resin. The fleece is top coated and fully saturated with a B-stage resin.
Features:- Low curing temperature and short curing time.
- Excellent electrical properties, adhesive properties
- Excellent heat resistance.
- Heat resistance: Class F.
- Wrap insulation or liner insulation of low-voltage winding or foil coils made of copper (or aluminum foil) in dry-type transformer
- Slot insulation and liner insulation in Class B and F motors and electrical appliances.
