Polyimide film/Nomex paper flexible laminates (NHN) is a 3 layer flexible laminates in which Nomex paper is bonded to double sides of polyimide film.

Glass cloth polyimide film laminates is a kind of 3 ply flexible insulation laminates. It is polyimide film bonded with non-alkali glass cloth on both side.
It has good machinelity,electric,thermal and heat-resistance properties.

- Special glass component, heat expand modulus is close to copper foil
- Good property machinery,low shrinkage rate and good electric.
- Good flame resistance,thermal class is H,modulus is close to copper foil.
