Rigid Laminates
Rigid laminates is obtained by laminating materials with different resin under heat and pressure, usually glass cloth, cotton cloth and paper are common materials. Temperature class range from B to C class. We supply rigid laminates in sheets, rods, tubes or fabricated parts to customers specifications. Grades include:
Phenolic paper sheets & tubes:
- NEMA standard: X, XX, XXX, XP, XXP, XXXP, XPC;
- IEC standard: PFCP201, PFCP202, PFCP203, PFCP206, PFCP207;
Phenolic cotton sheets, tubes & rods:
- NEMA standard: C, CE, L, LE;
- IEC standard: PFCC201, PFCC202, PFCC203, PFCC204;
Epoxy glass sheets, tubes & rods:
- NEMA standard: G5, G10, G11, FR4, FR5;
- IEC standard: EPGC201, EPGC202, EPGC203, EPGC204;
GPO imitation materials.
Profiles
We supply continuous pultruded profiles. Fiberglass roving and continuous strand mat are used as reinforcements. These are impregnated with unsaturated polyester resins which are then cured. Because of their outstanding mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, these products are used in solving the more difficult construction tasks., Some standard profiles are available, and we can also customize for clients.
