Vulcanized Fiber Paper Products
The Vulcanized fiber are mainly used in spaceflight, textile, electric and railway industries etc. It is hard and light, possess similar strength as aluminum and the specific gravity is only half of aluminum. It has fine machining property, will not delaminate or split even bes cut, drilled, pressed, milled and stamped. It has the features of oil resistance, incombustibility, arc extinction and insulation. Vulcanized fiber has a tensile strength 80 times that of kraft. Its high strength is very useful for mechanical applications. It has good arc quenching ability as well as excellent abrasion resistance. It is a tough, stiff material.

Vulcanized fiber tubes
Vulcanized fiber tubes is produced from a cotton rag base paper. This is a dense material of partially regenerated cellulose in which the fibre structure is retained. Vulcanized fiber tubes have good mechanical and dielectric strength, arc resistance, arc quenching characteris-tics, and excellent machining, forming and spinning qualities.
Application:Used widely for electrical fuses, where the quenching and insulating properties of the vulcanized fiber core and high strength. Commonly used in "cut-out" fuses, arc extinguishing fuses, circuit breaker, grommets, and bushings. etc.
